  • Collect, visualize building environment data for equipment control

    Managed ESG services

    With an open architecture, the cloud-based building management system, “Oprizon Open BMS”, collects and visualizes various types of data from building equipment and IoT devices. This enables not only real-time energy monitoring but also equipment control to optimize energy use. By linking collected data to applications using APIs, the system delivers an open and advanced smart building service.

  • Evaluation of the built environment ​

    API transfer to Arc platform​

    The linkage with “Arc platform”, a performance assessment tool, enables the system to evaluate the built environment. Conventionally, equipment data needs to be manually extracted from central monitoring systems and re-entered into the separate systems such as Arc. With Oprizon’s Managed ESG Service, the data is automatically extracted via a secure gateway and transferred into Arc via APIs.
    The Arc platform allows performance comparisons with similar buildings, and it automatically generates building performance reports in English as well as provides scored data to support certifications such as LEED. These features help promote ESG building management aligned with global standards and benchmarks.
